The staff was very helpful at explaining everything I needed to know about choosing the right fireplace logs to fit my fireplace. They worked around my schedule to take measurements and then do the installation. The installer did an excellent job of making the gas logs look natural. I had previously used these folks to do my kitchen countertops and found them very professional and reasonably priced for that installation also.
